  • What is Spirit Empowered Systems®?

    SES was founded by Jimmy & Kendra Argo after recognizing a need in the local church for complete Word & Spirit balanced systems that churches can readily implement. They are passionate about solid theology with the fullness of the Spirit's power functioning through all spiritual gifts to be utilized in every Spirit-empowered system they develop.

  • Where are you located?

    We work, live, and minister in the Oklahoma City area.

  • Are you a non-profit ministry? If not, why?

    No. Spirit Empowered Systems is a small business owned by Jimmy and Kendra. We don't ask for donations, so we didn't pursue 501(c)(3) status. This ministry is not the founders' source of income. It is their way of serving the wider Church.

  • Do you plan on developing other systems for the Church?

    Yes! However, EMPOWER! Healing and Deliverance® will be our main focus for now. Keep checking back!

About EMPOWER!

  • Does EMPOWER! replace counseling or medical care?

    Not at all. Each licensed church should keep a referral list of counselors and other professionals. When trauma or new concerns surface, the person is directed to counseling or pastoral care first. EMPOWER! works alongside these, not instead of them.

  • How is safety handled?

    Every session is in person, in a private room. Every participant session has two trained facilitators, never one alone. Sessions are voluntary, and any session can be paused or ended if it becomes too intense.

  • What about confidentiality?

    Sessions are confidential. A participant's paperwork is kept only by their facilitators and shredded after the final session.

  • Who can participate in EMPOWER!?

    Members or regular attenders of a licensed church. EMPOWER! is not offered outside of the licensed, local church.

Licensing and Cost

  • What is the licensure and why is there one in place?

    This is a legal agreement of copyright licensure between the local church and Spirit Empowered Systems®, LLC with basic agreements on the manner of how the program may function in the church. To keep excellence in theologically solid material and consistency in training for EMPOWER! facilitators, as well as keeping our goal of providing a system exclusively for the local church, we found a licensure was the best option moving forward.

  • Is there a fee to sign the license agreement?

    No. We have developed a standard licensure agreement form that is used for all churches.

  • Are there qualifying limitations to SES partnering with local churches?

    Yes. The church must be in agreement with our Statement of Faith. The leadership of the church must all agree that demonization in the Christian is a possibility.

  • What are the costs associated with EMPOWER! Healing and Deliverance?

    Because the training is personal and hands-on, most of the cost depends on how many people your church sends to be trained. There are three parts: 1. Initial training. This is the main cost, paid once when you start. It covers in-person training for your first facilitators in Oklahoma City, where each person gets a lot of one-on-one time. 2. Training new facilitators later. As your ministry grows, we train new facilitators online. 3. Participant manuals. You buy one for each person who goes through EMPOWER!. Your church can pay for them, split the cost, or have participants pay. We'll go over exact pricing for your situation on a no-obligation call.
